Les Mills BODYSTEP™ is a full-body cardio workout to really tone your glutes and legs. Basic stepping in at the heart of the class while we incorporate higher intensity moves with some fancy footwork. There are always lots of options to get each individual through the workout safely! Our enthusiastic and approachable instructors are here to coach and challenge you through this great cardio workout!

Les Mills BODYATTACK™ is a highintensity cardio workout designed to build strength and stamina. This high-energy class combines sports-inspired athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

Les Mills BODYPUMP™
Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Indoor Ride
Our Indoor Ride combines energizing music with an authentic cycling experience indoors. Our instructors strive to tailor each class to a wide ability range from the beginner to the advanced cyclist. Each class delivers an energizing cardiovascular workout to increase endurance and muscular strength.
Qigong
Qigong, “Life Energy Cultivation” this practice is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates mental focus, breathing techniques, and physical postures. This program strives to promote longevity and lifetime health. This healing form of movement has been transformative for improving relaxation, joint mobility, flexibility, and circulation. Perfect for everyone!
Mixed Level Yoga
Mixed Level Yoga offers a creative blend of yoga postures which will strengthen, stretch, and move the body in a series of active flows. Being able to move down to the floor and get back up is necessary for this class with modifications being offered!
Barre
Barre is a 60 minute total body workout that combines the fundamentals of pilates with cardio and strength training, followed by a 10 minute stretch section. Bare feet or yoga socks is recommended.
Indoor Ride 45

Tai Chi
Tai Chi, a form of Chinese Martial Arts developed into a graceful form of exercise. The goal of this program is to aide in reducing anxiety, stress, and a plethora of health conditions. Tia Chi promotes serenity through gentle, fluid movement. All ages and fitness levels encouraged to join!
Slo Flow
Slo Flow is a class for all levels, especially great for beginners. A slower paced class which combines yoga postures, stretching, balance, and breathing.
H.I.I.T.
High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) a 30 minute class focused on cardiovascular training. Short bursts of high intensity work are alternated with rest periods. Our instructor will coach and encourage you to challenge your goals. Tapping into your fat burning systems even after you leave the gym!
Yin YOGA
Yin YOGA stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.
SilverSneakers™
SilverSneakers™ group exercise classes includes standing low-impact cardiovascular work and a variety of strength training options for muscular strength and endurance conditioning. Our SilverSneak™ program can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities.
ZUMBA®
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
