I came to Training Zone in 2013 as a member and quickly developed a passion for fitness. After having my fourth child I quickly realized that educating myself would save me. I was able to overcome my battle and balance the importance of a healthy lifestyle for my family.

Understand the “whys” of fitness to discover what you’re capable of!

I specialize in Functional Training and mobility. Helping my clients master body mechanics, and authenticating what they are capable of!

FIONA NEWMAN

Personal Trainer

Through my own fitness journey I have learned to control my physical appearance, as well as overcome my internal critiques. I feel it is my life’s mission to empower people to take control of both of those realities, and pull back the curtain on the complexity of the fitness world. 

Philosophy
Uncomplicating fitness by exposing people to a more traditional bodybuilding style of training.

I specialize in working with newcomers to the gym, and teaching them the importance of pursuing/mastering the fundamentals of fitness.

DEMITRIUS HOLMAN

Personal Trainer

Demitrius is a former three sport-athlete with an enthusiasm for fitness. He is a certified personal trainer, with a Bachelors’ Degree in Kinesiology. He believes in a practical approach to fitness and clarity through knowledge. Developing well-rounded, healthy, and attainable programming and principles is Demitrius’s priority, with the clients’ unique and individualized goals and needs as the focal point. He believes that with the right amount of effort, guidance, and accountability, progression and enhancement are a near guarantee.

Fitness for life with adegree in Kinesiology. From the athletic training clinic, to the post-op physical therapy setting I have worked with a wide spectrum of fitness.

Being able to slow down and create a personal connection drives my practice.

As a Personal Trainer I coached for Del Oro high varsity football team, I have trained other pro bodybuilders, as well as worked with a plethora of pre- and post-operative rehabilitation clients.

After years of battling with weight and self esteem issues I found CrossFit. The community I found gave me the strength to overcome. Now as a coach I seek to foster that same community for my members.

FRANK DAHLOR

Growing up on a Midwest farm, I have been active all my life. First being introduced to Fitness as a way of living, and later using Exercise as a preventative and recuperative regiment while competing in Intercollegiate and Professional Bull Riding. Today, while applying these concepts of Fitness and Exercise with a variety of clients, I also share my passions for healthy movement patterns, neuro-muscular fusion, nutritional wellness, and living life fully. Look for me running on the trail, lifting at the gym, or telling my most recent travel story about searching for the best chocolate chip cookie.

Philosophy: I never set Clients up for failure, only opportunities for goal attainment and self-realization. When you succeed, I succeed. If you fail, then I fail.
