I came to Training Zone in 2013 as a member and quickly developed a passion for fitness. After having my fourth child I quickly realized that educating myself would save me. I was able to overcome my battle and balance the importance of a healthy lifestyle for my family.

I specialize in Functional Training and mobility. Helping my clients master body mechanics, and authenticating what they are capable of!
FIONA NEWMAN
Personal Trainer
Through my own fitness journey I have learned to control my physical appearance, as well as overcome my internal critiques. I feel it is my life’s mission to empower people to take control of both of those realities, and pull back the curtain on the complexity of the fitness world.

Uncomplicating fitness by exposing people to a more traditional bodybuilding style of training.

I specialize in working with newcomers to the gym, and teaching them the importance of pursuing/mastering the fundamentals of fitness.
DEMITRIUS HOLMAN
Personal Trainer
Demitrius is a former three sport-athlete with an enthusiasm for fitness. He is a certified personal trainer, with a Bachelors’ Degree in Kinesiology. He believes in a practical approach to fitness and clarity through knowledge. Developing well-rounded, healthy, and attainable programming and principles is Demitrius’s priority, with the clients’ unique and individualized goals and needs as the focal point. He believes that with the right amount of effort, guidance, and accountability, progression and enhancement are a near guarantee.
