Pricing will vary depending on your location, please visit the membership page on our website at: https://www.jointrainingzone.com/. For more questions please call our Clubs.

We do! Our community is our priority and we are happy to offer first responder, military, student, and senior discounts as well as insurance discounts. However, it is up to each location to opt-in to offer the discount. It’s best to visit the club to learn more about your options.

Yes … and no! To workout on the Club floor we require members to be 13 or older. BUT if 12 years of age with a doctors note we will gladly sign you up.

Our Kid’s Zone is open to children ages 6 months to 11 years of age.

All cancellation policies are outlined in the membership agreement. The agreement will cover all information regarding any additional termination fees you may incur. Yes! You have access to both locations with all membership types. Please use your key tag to check in at the front desk!

Shoot, you’re locked out! Reach out to your home club ASAP and they can help figure out what’s going on. A defective access key could mean a number of things: billing issues with your membership, a disconnect on our end, or an issue with the door. Please visit the Club during manned hours for help to resolve these issues.

Training – Personal and Small Group

YES! We have a team of Personal Trainers at both our Training Zone locations. Personal Training is offered in a one – on – one format providing a very personalized experience. Semiprivate training is also lead one of our certified personal trainers but in a small group of 2-4 people in each session. Similar to one – on – one training but more fun! Finally, we have Strength & Conditioning – our small group training providing accountability in an energy filled atmosphere keeping our members motivated and moving towards their goals! Our classes are capped at 14 people for this team style training. For more information, please visit our NorCal and Personal Training pages.

From Les Mills BodyPump to Silversneakers and Yoga – YES! Training Zone locations have full group class schedules with all classes included in all memberships. Each Club has a different schedule please visit your local Club page for the full schedule.

We have an App for that ?please download the Training Zone App in the Google Play or Apple store. Once downloaded enter the email address we have on file in Club and you can register for the class you are interested in – we do have a 24 hour policy to give everyone the opportunity to come to class!

Amenities

Definitely – all Training Zone locations are set up for your success in achieving your goals as easily as possible. The option to take a shower after a workout is something the difference between “I can workout” and “I don’t have time for a workout”! All Clubs have full locker room amenities – showers and lockers.

Do the Training Zone locations have tanning and saunas?
A: Looking and feeling your best is OUR goal for you! Yes all locations have tanning and saunas!

Guest Policy & Day Passes

We believe that workouts are wayyyy more successful with friends! Our guest policy requires that visitors come during staffed hours – we require guests to sign our liability waiver for the safety of all our members.

Out “bring a friend” policy IS highly encouraged – call the Club and ask for details. We include unlimited guest privileges with certain memberships!

We LOVE to be part of people’s fitness journey – we offer day passes and week passes. Please call the Club for prices and more information!

Billing

There are multiple payment options that best fit you! We provide Paid In Full and bi weekly billed membership options. We accept cash, credit card, and bank draft for Paid In Full options. For bi weekly payments we accept bank draft or credit card. Payment timing is dependent on when you join.

If you would like to change payment for your account – you can come into the Club or reach out directly to our billing provider, ABC Fitness Solutions at 888-827-9262. ABC Fitness Solutions hosts all payment information and processing for Training Zone locations and they will help you to update your payment method and billing information.

MY WHY:

I was a competitive athlete for 13 years of my life. Through my journey, I learned self discipline, commitment, to push myself beyond limits I thought I was capable of achieving, and I learned how to overcome some of the greatest challenges and mental barriers. I still desire that competitive aspect of being an athlete so I use those things I learned as an athlete to continue challenging my mental and physical capacities to prove I can accomplish whatever I set my mind to.

MY WHY:

My (why) would be my son. I have to lead by example. He's the reason why I work so hard, why I won't give up, why I strive to be the best version of myself, and why I want to make a positive impact in the world. I do everything in my power to support his growth and development, and to provide him with the love, guidance, and resources he needs to succeed. My son is the driving force behind everything I do, and I'm committed to being the best Mother and role model I can be for him.

SPIRIT ANIMAL:

I would choose a WOLF as my (spirit animal) because I admire its strength, intelligence, and loyalty. I believe that wolves are highly social animals that rely on each other for survival, which is something that I value in my own life. Wolves are known for their fierce independence and resilience, which are traits that I strive to cultivate within myself. In the end, I think that the wolf represents many of the qualities that I admire and aspire to embody.

INTERESTS BESIDES FITNESS:

My interests besides fitness would be gardening, because I enjoy the process of nurturing plants and watching them grow. For me, it's a way to connect with nature and cultivate a sense of responsibility and care for living things. Gardening can be a way to provide fresh, healthy food for myself and my family, which is something that I value. Overall, gardening is a fulfilling and rewarding activity that allows me to connect with the natural world and contribute to the health and well-being of myself and my loved ones.

INTERESTING FACT:

One interesting fact about me is that I have MS, which stands for multiple sclerosis. MS is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system, and it can cause a variety of symptoms such as vision loss, muscle weakness, fatigue, and difficulty with coordination. Despite this challenge, I have been able to manage my symptoms and continue to live a fulfilling life. I believe that having MS has taught me a lot about resilience, perseverance, and the importance of self-care.

LIFE CHANGING BOOKS:

One of the most life-changing books that I've read is "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. This book is a beautiful and inspiring story about following your dreams and finding your purpose in life. It emphasizes the importance of listening to your heart and pursuing your passions, even in the face of obstacles and challenges. Reading "The Alchemist" helped me to become more introspective and to think deeply about what I wanted out of life. It encouraged me to take risks and trust in the journey, even when the path ahead seemed uncertain. Overall, "The Alchemist" is a powerful and transformative book that has had a profound impact on my life.

BUCKET LIST:

My bucket list includes traveling to Bali, learning a new language fluently, going on a hot air balloon ride, and learning a new unique skill.

MY WHY:

I know what it’s like to not recognize the skin/body you are living in. I have been fat(pregnant), too skinny, (eating disorders), healthy/unhealthy, uneducated and educated on health/nutrition. I can relate to many, not all, but many people and always try my best to explain the why’s! I was very stubborn to accept that fitness is a marathon, not a Sprint. I explain this while I can also sympathize as I have been in the same boat!
