Literally the best place on earth next to home. Workers always great very nicely and tell to to have a great day. It’s the little things that make this place better than anywhere else. Great Experience! Very clean and tidy.

The staff was really friendly... I was also pleasantly surprised how clean the gym was. Lots of members using the disinfectant wipes strategically placed around the gym. The staff was tiding up and re-racking weights almost hourly. Training Zone was tidy and organized. The bathrooms were really clean too.

Whenever I'm back in town I'm definitely going back to The Training Zone. Hands down the best all-around gym in Grass Valley.

A gym fit for the whole family!

Training zone is such a family oriented gym. Everyone on staff is so friendly and encouraging. After starting classes and getting to know people, you miss one day and everyone's asking what happened. The combat class is one of my favorites, you burn a ton of calories and it's fun. The majority of their classes are included in your membership too. Love my gym!

I have been to a lot of gyms and by far this is the best gym, so friendly and they make you feel like family wanting to work with you to be your best, the best trainers the best classes and the best strength and conditioning/ Spartan classes ever. We just moved here. I did the free trial and now I'm hooked. I love coming here. The classes are great and the instructors a wonderful. I take my son to the daycare and those lady's rock. Great place! I recommend to all!
