Training Zone trainers are passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals. Our certified personal trainers help you make reasonable goals and create a customized plan for optimal results. As you work your plan, your trainer makes adjustments where needed so your workouts are never dull.
Working with a certified personal trainer provides the greatest success. Your trainer holds you accountable so you can see results and enjoy weight loss and improved body composition faster than if you’d tried to do it alone.

Initial Evaluation
Your membership includes an Initial Evaluation with our Fitness Director. This fifty-minute session is designed to set you up for success! It will include a full health history, an optional 3D Body Scan, and movement assessment to screen mobility, stability and motor control dysfunctions. This information will be utilized in combination with your goals to set you up with the Personal Trainer who will fit best to meet your needs. This session will not be a full training session, but you will learn valuable information on how to begin your fitness journey at Training Zone.
** Please note: Still wear comfortable workout clothes.
Fit Start
This second sponsored session will be with the Personal Trainer who will best help you in reaching your fitness goals. Now that you have a baseline level, established in your Initial Evaluation, you will work together with your Personal Trainer to establish a comprehensive workout strategy tailored to you. This fifty-minute session will take all of your factors into consideration and a plan will be devised for your success. It will include a workout plan and anything from recommending group fitness classes, small group training, working one-on-one with a Personal Trainer, and/ or prescribing you corrective exercises that will best fit you!
